Mattress Firm Crossroads

I have never gone through the process of purchasing a new mattress before and I cannot say the salespeople have an easy job. I was a very specific case as I have certain ailments that we could not figure out what mattress would work best. I spent multiple days in the stores laying on multiple different mattresses. We had thought we found the perfect one with the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt® 2.0 12" Medium Hybrid Mattress, but after 30 days, this mattress got too soft and would throw out my spinal alignment. It would be fine and then continue to sink as the night went on. With this information, Monica, the store manager, was able to identify that I needed a firm mattress without sink and she recommended the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt® 2.0 12" Firm Mattress, which is an All Foam mattress. I would have never been able to understand what the difference would be between the 2 mattresses. I had written off Tempur-Pedic thinking that their product was not right for me. She was pretty confident that this would be the right mattress from what I was describing, so I approved the exchange. This mattress has been life changing. I have not been able to arch my mid to lower back and lift my foot to put my pants on in the morning and thanks to this mattress and Monica's recommendation, I can. I want so send a sincere thank you to all the staff members that assisted with making my life better. I truly appreciate all of you.

Patricia made the bed buying experience seamless for me. She is a very nice and easygoing person and I didn't feel pressured or anything like that. We had some good laughs and chatting with her was fun...THAT'S how I like to be waited on! She was wonderful and I can't wait to get my bed on Monday.😌😌😌

Our sales rep Monika was extremely helpful and so very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and what would suit our needs. We learned a lot about the mattress we selected and she was able to schedule our delivery within a couple of days. Excellent experience purchasing our new mattress!

My time at Mattress Firm today was “as usual “, meaning excellent customer service, professionalism and very knowledgeable! This was not my first experience working with David. He helped me today by explaining the differences between the types of mattresses I asked about. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. He supervised the details for delivery making sure I could have my new mattress on time. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, Lauren went above and beyond to meet our needs. My wife could not make up her mind on the ample selection of mattresses. Would highly recommend this location.
