Skip Ashley and Morris and try here first. A nice selection at various price points and fabric options for certain brands. Staff were super friendly, patient and helpful. Only wish was that the Memorial Day sale had a better discount.

We had a top-notch experience with Kevin Gleason at the Fields Ertel location. He helped us pick the England 41" round ottoman in the most gorgeous geometric, chenille textured fabric. It arrived ahead of schedule, looks incredible in our living room, and is super-comfortable & sturdy. We will enjoy it for years to come and look forward to working with Kevin in the future!

Had I known furniture shopping would be this easy I would not have prolonged it as long as I did. The whole experience from beginning to end was flawless. Matthew was the perfect salesman. He answered all my questions and was very patient while I made my choices. I was able to find the furniture I wanted and all pieces were in stock. Ordered it on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. They made arrangements for my old furniture to be removed. They gave me a 2 hour timeframe for delivery and they arrived 20 mins early. The two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very careful and very professional. I would highly recommend shopping furniture fair and if I ever need any other furniture, that’ll be the first place I go!!!

If you need a sales person who is committed to making sure that your purchase is best for you; Julie is the gal. She stayed late, got on the floor to measure the platform, and spent time online making sure I had the right info. Superb!

Ishmael greeted us in a friendly manner. Letting us know he was available to answer any questions, and took us to the recliners. He skillfully found the details of our search and took us to what I was looking for and after ages questions and a demonstration we agreed on.the right one and as simple as that I had a new recliner. I am also interested in a adjustable bed so he took us to meet a salesperson for those. She was finishing up with someone so he stayed with us trying to answer any questions. When the rep was finished with, Ishmael introduced us and went to process our purchase. The female sales person showed us what we are looking for but we are not ready to buy quite yet. The woman and my partner engaged in conversation about the jewelry they were both wearing. It was a enjoyable visit. Ishmael was ready to finalize my purchase and it will be delivered Friday. Sharon and I were talking. She purchased a couch from you over the internet, sight unseen and it was easy to do. We will never go to any other furniture stores. We will tell people how welcome and unpressured we felt. Your two sales reps are excellent at doing exactly what they are good at. It's the idea all business's talk about. I was a restaurant manager for 40+ years. We when in as customers, we left and will return as friends. I wish I could remember the ladies name we spoke with. I have her card but it's 6 A.M. and I am sitting in my soon to be ex recliner with my dog as she and I do every day. I am 77 and it is a important piece of my and Mayme's day. Thank you for reading this rambling note, but I wanted you to see it wasn't just a regular trip for me to find the right piece. Your partners in the store did just what you expect and more. You are blessed with the two we met. I will be back for the bed and in the end I will spend over $4000. With you. Not a fortune but a big chunk of change for me. Steve Hendrickson
