Excellent customer service all the way round. Rich was very helpful in helping us chose the right mattress. The process of purchasing was smooth. Even down to Chris and George who delivered the mattress. Very efficient and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

View on GooglePretty bad experience. Have had 4 OMF beds before. Went in recently to look for a firmer king mattress but the sales rep pestered me continuously. After I admitted I most likely broke the bed from negligence on my behalf of improper moving it three times, the sales rep assured me it’s impossible to break their bed and all my concerns were incorrect (bed was sunken in, difficult to move in due to deep pocket, consistent back pain). I then explained to the rep I have added wooden planks to my bed for more support and bought a. Extra firm mattress topper for more support (these worked for a few weeks but are now Worthless investments) he said I was wrong in my assertion that I needed a firmer mattress but needed an even softer bed. As I tried to move past the annoyance and belittling, he continued to bother me. I had to politely ask him to leave me alone to so I could just test their beds out. Overall this was a terrible experience from a place where I expect the sales rep to help- when needed- vs telling me the same points I’ve heard from Ron Trzcinski from their early 2000’s commercials. I love to support non-union American made, but this will be my last time.

Our salesperson was most helpful, explaining the features of the different mattresses. He encouraged us to try each to see which ones we liked best. He never rushed us and was very forthcoming with information that helped us make our decision. Great shopping experience.
