Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

They took time to answer all my questions. Me trying to save money seemed to confuse them. They diddnt understand why if I was spending $3700 cash not financing i was trying to save 50 bucks. It's more principal than the money. Bought a sofa and a love seat. By purchasing seperate I saved 50 dollars on the add on warranty. Had i purchased with on the same transaction then the add on warranty would cost 50 bucks more. So yeah 2 transactions saved $50 .

Bianca was great, no pressure, helped me find the things that I was looking for. I was trying to furnish an entire apartment and she worked with me to get most of what I needed right away. The manager was also really nice. We sat in a rocking chairs to go over the order. Overall it was a lovely experience. Bianca was kind and expert.

Was pleasantly surprised to visit this discount furniture store. We were looking for a sofa couch to replace a bed in our third bedroom. We wanted to make the room more usable for our daily life with our computers but yet have another bed available for maybe 2 times a year and we didn't want to spend a fortune. The young man who greeted us was friendly, knowledgeable, nonpushy and efficient. He quickly turned a "just looking" trip into a pleasant "you just filled all the boxes" purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience with Markus, he helped us find everything to fill the dining and livingroom! He listened to what we wanted and helped us find it! If I had any issue with Bob’s is that the rugs I wanted hung in the store, but aren’t available and you can’t buy the one on the floor. If discontinued, why save it in the location since customers can’t purchase it anyway? If anything changed with that, I could have the rugs that really went with my couch, Chair, recliner perfectly. I think other stores would allow you to purchase the one off the floor since it can’t be sold. I’m still confused as to why something should hang in the store for customers to see if customers can’t buy it??

It's was so impressive to be greeted immediately walking into the store. I was equally impressed by how well the store was organized, clean, and neat. As a"discount store" I wasn't expecting such clean and tidiness, that was a very pleasant surprise. After our initial greeting, we were left alone to explore as we wished (we even said we were just there to browse). It was nice not feeling pressured or rushed. Our rep was standing by to answer questions as they came up but never hovered over us. We ended up finding a chair we liked and signs up for white glove delivery. Overall a top notch service experience.
