Sleep Number

Just purchased an adjustable base and also mattresses can adjust firmness to surprise the wife. She had multiple surgeries and having hard time sleeping the past couple of years. Delivery was fast, less than a week and last night was the best sleep in a very long time

I had a great experience during my visit to the Coleraine Sleep Number store. The two salespeople that were there were very friendly and helpful. Hawa was my salesperson, and she really made it fun to try out all the beds. She knew all the information and answered all my questions. I've had a sleep number bed for years. Hawa did a great job showing me all the new features and technology. I strongly recommend visiting this store if you are in the market for a new bed.

Beware, we purchased a sleep number bed back in December. We were told multiple times by the store sales people and customer service that we had a 30 day return policy if we did not like the bed. We adjusted the bed, as they suggested and also used a pillow topper they sent to try. Still the bed just felt like sleeping on an air mattress. After our 30 days were up we called customer service back and they then told us the mattress has a 30 day trial, the sleep number adjustable base does not. This is in every way is false advertisement, your store employees are telling customers the bed has a 30 day trial, not the mattress. Be upfront and honest, earn your customers trust. Don’t put it in the fine print. Stay clear and go buy from a honest company.

I had a great experience at the Colerain Sleep Number. DeWud and Hawa provided excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend both of them.

DeWud was extremely personable and professional in explaining the various sleep number bed options and did not try to oversell us on things that did not matter to us. It was a pleasant experience in every way. I would highly recommend him for doing such a great job in providing true customer service.
