We stopped by the Ashley Furniture Store on Colerain Avenue and was greeted immediately by courteous and extremely knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and neatly organized, displaying quality furniture at reasonable prices. Our exceptional sales representative was Diamond Johnson and she took excellent care of us. She patiently explained the unique features and perks of each piece we viewed, as we were evaluating our choices. Diamond prepared and printed out price quotes for us, she made sure that we felt comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed, which made this a very easy and pleasant shopping experience. Was very happy with our loveseat and the 2 guys who delivered it, sat it up and showed us how to use it. However was very upset about the delivery we didn’t receive on Saturday and the way it was taken care of. No text as to why they were not coming while we kept the window open for them from 2 till 5 as asked. I expect some compensation for there inconvenience and not letting us know.
