Furniture Mecca

I wouldn't recommend this place. Someone recommended it to me and I thought the price I paid was good of a price. But I was dead wrong. I've only had this kitchen table for 6 months and I only slightly moved it to the side.. And than the leg snapped from underneath. I wasn't even rough with it. And when I received the table 6 months ago there was also a leg piece on the chair broken. After several emails I never got any response back about a replacement so I just dealt with that.. but now after 6 months and the table breaks with a simple move! Like I haven't moved the table before! There goes $500 down the drain and I have to go buy a mother table all because the quality is crap and customer service could be more attentive.

Absolutely the best furniture store in the region, and I would say one of the best on the east coast, and possibly the country The lowest prices around. Top notch quality and selection. Store employees are extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful. My whole experience there was an easy 10. I rate it a great 100% and an A+ grade. This store is the best of the best. I recommend that everyone who wants furniture to go to this place. Everyone who needs furniture needs to go to this place. Even the people who deliver the furniture are very polite and they will set up the furniture and will explain everything in detail so that you will enjoy your furniture to the fullest. This place is top notch. In my personal opinion, everyone should go here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had the most amazing experience with Alyssa at furniture mecca. She was patient, informative and took pride in the inventory selection so it got me excited to shop. We took our time, discussed ideas and options where I feel confident that my house is going to look fantastic once delivery is complete. She answered all my questions and worked with me towards my bulk order. You got a return customer and I cant wait for my next project! Thanks again Alyssa

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING !!!!! Salesman ! Soon as i entered the store I was assisted immediately. As I told the salesman I wanted to browse first & he allowed me to take my time & look through the store, he answered all questions that needed to be answered. WARNING..WARNING..WARNING Please stay far away from Furniture Mecca..These Guys are terrible. My fiancé and I purchased a whole living room set for almost $4000 dollars… within 2 months of purchasing the furniture the couches started to fall apart… It’s an entertainment couch so it comes with LED lights, charger ports, and speakers..Sadly, it’s a yr and half later and all the luxuries have stop working..We have reached out to the store, warehouse, and cooperate, by phone and email since the first claim up until now and nothing has worked.. The customer service is terrible..Unfortunately, We’re left with this furniture and I’m here to stop others from getting robbed for their money! This is my first time ever leaving a bad review because I give people the benefit of doubt but this was a serious problem. If Mecca Furniture ever was to help me and fixed our issues, I will gladly mention it also..especially if they right their wrongs!!! Until then Proceed with CAUTION!
