So far our new lift chairs are working perfectly. The massage and heat are a nice addition and the vibration is quiet. We purchased 2 lifts and a loveseat sofa bed combo.

This team is amazing and they have a great furniture selection to choose from. We worked with Mr. Rick who was gracious and accommodating throughout the process. This sales team gives you space to make up your mind instead of pouncing on you the moment you walk through the door. Nothing feels rushed or hassled. Delivery takes a few weeks but it’s worth the wait. We are super happy with our selections. We had such a great experience that we went back to get more. My shopping experience in the store was very good. The store had a wide variety of furniture spanning a large price range and the sales associate I worked with was very helpful. The issue was in actually getting the item I bought that was in stock at the stores warehouse. I set up an approximate pickup date over a week after I paid for the chair. Items had been delivered to the store during that time, but my chair had not reached the store. It had been moved from one warehouse to another, but not delivered to the store which was about 1/2 hour from the store. The best they could do was offer me the floor model, which was not in new condition. I opted to go pick it up from the warehouse, which was one and a half hours from my house, because there was so much confusion surrounding my purchase. Even when I arrived at the warehouse I was initially told that the chair wasn’t there, but fortunately it was. It should not take over 2 weeks to receive an item that is in stock when you purchase it. Having read other reviews it appears that I’m not the only customer who has experienced difficulties in receiving purchased items.
