We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! Bridgitte was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable, and not pressured. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated how they took the time to interact with our one-year-old and make our family feel comfortable while we were there. It meant a lot that they created such a warm and family-friendly environment. We are so grateful for Bridgitte’s help and the kindness shown by the entire team.

I love this Dover, De location! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’m new to the area and trying to make a purchase that I will be happy with in my new home was a lot. Bralen took up so much time with me, it was a two day process for me to decide. He wasn’t pushy, Bralen really cared about me as a customer and a new friend. He was patient and very helpful with the decision making. Everyone is great here, shout out to manager Dorothy. Bralen, when I’m sitting on my couch with chaise, I will remember you! Lol Thank you so much for being Awesome, I will be back!!!!

Cierra Michelle was amazing! She was very helpful and explained everything I needed. She made the process easier and even set me up to have my old bedding taken away!!!!! I am so amazed at how smooth the process really way. I recommend Dover Location for Ashley furniture because I had a great time from entering the store and picking out everything I needed! And also it was Valentine's Day and they were all festively dressed!
