Wonderful experience with a pleasant, knowledgeable and caring salesperson. Laura made such an impression on us that my wife and I kept talking about her. Laura took her time to explain every feature and benefit, always interjecting poignant questions in order to fit our needs. We are satisfied with our purchase, so much so that we can confidently sing our praises prior to delivery. The experience has spoiled us. We wanted to go back to a king size bed. My husband had slept in a Sleep Number bed years ago during a business trip. We went to the Dover store where we met Laura. She helped us pick the perfect bed for us. Her knowledge about Sleep Number was extremely helpful. We have bought 3 mattresses in the past 10 years and we wanted to get it right this time. I had done some research online & assuming I selected the option for someone to call me. I didn’t mind & got to talk with Laurie. She was very helpful & we set up for me to come in on Friday. Well it worked out perfect because my husband who works out of town was able to meet me there. Meeting Laurie in person was even better! She was very knowledgeable, patient & kind. We were able to finance the bed which was a big relief. 10/10!!!!
