The manager at the Searcy location is all you could ask for and a manager/salesperson. He is kind, pleasant, easy to speak to, not pushy and helpful. We love our new sofa. It's comfy and seems to be very well built. It doesn't look or feel cheap at all. We bought this to replace 2 recliners. Our main goal was to find something comfortable, but also something that our dog could sit between us. He's 60 lbs with long legs, so that's not an easy task, but you can see in the photo he fits just fine.
View on GoogleI am giving them a 2 because we have had some good experiences with this store/ company in the past, but the last purchase and subsequent dealing have been awful. I purchased quite a bit a furniture that easily qualified for the multi-year no interest financing. It was entered wrong on the contract as 6 months. I found this out when Synchrony Bank started charging us hundreds of dollars in interest in November. I immediately went to the store to see how this could be resolved. One of the ladies said that there was an issue with the financing on some deals and that they had training on how to fix it. But she could not remember and need to get with someone. A week later she called and said we had to deal with Synchrony directly. We called them, they looked into it and said the issue was how Hank's did the order and we had to get with them. This was at the end of January. On 1/31/26 I went to the store to ask how we partner to get this resolved. I said I could pay the balance that day, I just didn't want to be changed the interest. The gentleman at the store said that he would have told me about the 6 months at the time of sale and that this was my fault for not noticing. I said I only get financing when it is 0% interest for multiple years so I can get the benefit and if he has said 6 months I would have questioned it then. He told me I would have to speak to someone at corporate and that I should expect a call by 2/4/26. It is now 2/11 and I have not heard from anyone. I called the store today and they tried to transfer me and all I could get was a voicemail with no indication of who's voicemail it was. I asked for a direct number and again could not get anyone to answer. I will not deny that the furniture is nice, but beware that if you have any issues you are on your own.
View on GoogleBought my recliner Oct 2025, called next day for a small hole in the seat. Called again in Nov 2025 stating it didn’t sit straight. After multiple follow up calls they finally sent a technician out in February 2026 to recover the seat. He said the frame was crooked and it was the reason for the poor sit. They said him saying that wasn’t enough. They had to send a technician for just that problem. He finally showed end of April 2026 and documented the misaligned frame and left arm and that it was a defective chair. Still have not heard back from Hank’s. Second chair from then and definitely the last. A disabled vet shouldn’t have to fight at home too.
View on GoogleI took my son to here to buy furniture. He left the nest and into his first apartment. I'm proud of him. It's a big step in anyone's life. He does well for himself. He purchased a kitchen table, a couch, and a loveseat. Oh, and a warranty. I told him he was wasting money on that, but he bought it anyway. It was a little over $3,000 for all. He purchased it in August 2025. I took him to the warehouse in Little Rock to pick up everything but the loveseat. Latasha told him it would be about a month for it to come in. 4 months later and many excuses later, he still does not have it. Latasha told him a couple of times it was because of the tariffs. That's laughable. I called Frank the manager a couple of months ago and he said next Friday. Latasha asked him a couple of weeks ago if he wanted a similar loveseat in a different color. I doubt a lot of folk go in, hoping for mismatched furniture. Frank told me he could have his money back for the loveseat. I doubt a lot of folk want half a set of furniture. The lesson Hank's will learn over time. I am a 50 year old man. I will more than likely only buy one more set in my life. Losing me as a customer isn't that big a deal. My son is 24. He will buy many sets. They have lost him as a customer for life. I am sure he will not recommend them either. He is left weighing his options and just hoping, hoping, hoping, they will provide him what they sold him. He was told maybe January, so he is still has hope to hold onto. They need to just tell him the truth so he can move on to the brutal reality that they ripped him off and left him in a position to accept an option that he doesn't want.
