HassleLess Mattress

Great shopping experience, so nice not having a sales person around while trying out the mattresses

My husband and I went to the store and took our time testing different mattresses. We enjoyed the freedom of no one asking questions or trying to sell us something. We picked one mattress we both loved. I placed my order on line and received my mattress the next day. This really was a hassle less experience which we would definitely recommend!!!

The bed we tested vs what was delivered was not the same. The mattress is extremely firm and the bed that was in the showroom had much wear to it. Very disappointing after the amount of money we spent. Out bed feels like a brick

I needed to buy a new mattress, which is such a daunting task. I went to HassleLess several times to try on mattresses. I like not having to deal with salespeople. After many visits, I made a decision, but had some questions about box springs and delivery. A customer service rep named Bethany helped me out immensely. We ordered my mattress over the phone and set up the delivery date. Delivery was super smooth - the guys were communicative, efficient, professional, and nice. So far, I am happy with my choice. I did order a frame from Amazon and I had someone set that up for me separately. All in all, a very good experience.

It's true that know one is here. The only way to purchase a mattress is from a flat screen touch pad.... which is broken! So I drove here for absolutely no reason. I'm also beginning to wonder how often they sanitize these things. The flat screen probably didn't break before I got here this morning.
