Four year old mattress sags 1” in the center and they will not do anything about it. We thought we’d love this mattress but over time its quality has gone down hill. They won’t stand behind their product. Stay away. Customer service is useless and doesn’t care. Be warned.

Do not recommend. Order was received quickly. That’s rhetorical only positive thing I can say. This twilight luxe mattress was purchased for our daughter’s spare room for when my husband and I visit. Nine months in, with very minimal use, the mattress sinks to the middle when anyone and especially when both of us are on it. The limited warranty only applies if the mattress sinks when no one is on it. It’s not only uncomfortable, and clearly defective, we have to cling to the outside of the mattress or we roll into each other in the center. What a waste of $2k.

Ordered six Cloud pillows from Helix. After less than 4 months they became super lumpy and started tearing at the seams. I can’t sleep on these things. Tried to get a refund but was 1 month over their return window. I won’t recommend this brand to anyone or use them again.

We bought a Helix midnight mattress in late February. The mattress arrived promptly- no complaints there. When we opened the mattress up, we noticed a big stain —almost like a foot print on one side. I immediately contacted customer service and sent some pictures. The response has been pathetic to say the least. After 2 days I was told I could either return the mattress!!! Or I could get a $100 to clean it. Are they kidding me! How am I supposed to return this mattress? Wrap it up and put it back in its box. Is it a joke? Also which cleaning service charges a $100 to come home and clean a large stain. This is going to cost me much more than a measly $100. I wrote back stating that they can either pick up the mattress or send me a higher amount that would actually pay for the cleaning (a new mattress should be inspected and not have a large stain!) I am very disappointed with the post sale customer service as this is really important to me. Was always a Casper buyer and went to Helix due to the reviews but do not recommend it. As a follow up to this review, Helix did reimburse me for $250 for the clean up. However, I do feel they need better quality control before shipping the products
