Mattress Firm Union Square

Elvin was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. My mom and I were shopping for two mattresses and had a lot of questions, and Elvin took the time to explain the differences between the models, firmness levels, and features so we could make an informed decision. What I appreciated most was that he listened carefully to our preferences and helped us find the right mattresses rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive option. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If you're shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Elvin. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I had an incredible experience with the salesperson named Reginald. He provided a clear explanation of all the mattresses and inquired about my sleeping preferences. His patience, care, and extensive knowledge of the topic were truly commendable. I found my perfect mattress at an excellent price. Thank you so much! I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new mattress.

Reginald provided exceptional service in helping me with my online order at Mattress Firm. I had an issue with my purchase and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got the right solution for my situation. You don’t always get that level of care, especially with online orders, but Reginald made it feel easy and taken care of. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you need assistance.”

Reginald was incredibly helpful, understood our budget and met us where we were at and helped us make sure we got the best mattress for our needs that we can afford today. No up selling, No BS. The easiest mattress purchase ever. I would be back at the union square location just to see Reginald l, never had such a positive mattress firm experience prior to this one! Thanks Reginald!

My fiancé and I had such a great experience shopping for our new mattress thanks to the two wonderful sales associates, Musarat & Elvin, who helped us. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit — not just making a sale. We never felt rushed or pressured, and they took the time to explain every option so we could make an informed decision together. It was such a relief to work with people who clearly care about customer comfort and satisfaction. We left feeling confident and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend!
