My experience with this store was AMAZING. Marsha Graham was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. Was reachable on labor day weekend, accommodated to my travel schedule by sending my mattress ahead of estimated delivery time. Don’t hesitate to work with her, she’s a pro.

We love our new couch. The sales person was friendly, helpful and we were in an out of the store in less than 30 min. They just dropped off our new couch and we love it.

The mattress is great but the policy was NOT communicated about the mattress protector. It was highly recommended, I purchased it and after receiving it, decided to return it but cannot because they said it was insurance which the sales rep DID not communicate that. It’s still in the packaging untouched. I will not be purchasing from Raymour again as I feel hoodwinked and told my friend who was interesting in purchasing a couch to not buy from Raymour. I will make sure to advise family and friends to not purchase at Raymour.

Shopping was great, loved my sales person. Bought a two seat couch. We planned a delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, couldn't get in touch with anyone from the showroom. Waited all day for delivery. Reached out to customer service, after a while they said someone from the show room would reach out with details, that didn't happen. After a lot of missed calls, got in touch with someone at the showroom in Union Square. They said the original reservation must have glitched with the system and the delivery was never actually scheduled, I was upset but I said no problem, planned for the following Monday which is today October 20th 2025. Got a delivery text like last time my delivery was coming 9am-12pm. Called the showroom to confirm, they said they didn't have my delivery in the system and wanted to reschedule for later in the week. this was after the delivery window expired. I asked for a refund. Truly a horrible experience

Loved the store, a lot of variety on site 2 stars as the salesman did not give us the best price available, also didn't give us the extra 10% for labor day as promised. $300 We noticed this And started a chat line thread for the same items and received a savings of $600. And we are very happy
