Mattress Firm Union Square

On December 31st I decided on a whim that I needed a new bed although wasn’t sure what I needed exactly. Charlie (sales associate) took his explaining the difference of each mattress. He was very attentive to my needs and stuck to my budget. He worked with me to allow me to get the best fit with the amount I had to work with. Professional, courteous and most importantly listened. Great human! My bed arrived on the date and within the time I was told. Delivery men were awesome, even assisted me with putting on my mattress protector. Im disabled and wouldn’t be able to put it on by myself. What a great bunch! Thank you Mattress Firm!

🌟Too bad I can't give place 6 stars! 🌟 Everyone's used to paying an arm and a leg for their mattress but, not here! Working with Ademar/Adam, Elvin & Reginald, they got me the best deal possible. They weren't pushy and didn't try to oversell. Great experience. I'd come here every time!🌟
