We had an excellent experience with Andres. We were greeted with Hastens booties, provided a history of the Hastens mattresses and tried the 2000t model. The whole experience was seamless and comfortable and Andres was knowledgeable about every facet. He answered all our questions with professionalism and expertise. We were so surprised by the generosity and attention to detail at every step from our shopping experience, to purchase, to updates on the delivery, and even having Andres overseeing the mattress set up in our home. We felt very pampered and taken care of with his personalized attention. My husband and I have let several friends know about what a great experience we've had here with Hastens. They really care about helping you to fine tune your sleep and having happy customers. We really have been blown away.

After the purchase, she kept in constant contact and was very easy to reach directly via her cell. When the bed was delivered, she was there to oversee the process to ensure that it arrived in excellent condition and was set up properly by the delivery staff. This exemplifies Jennifer’s outstanding and professional service. She was also very friendly.

Even though we just started our mattress shopping process, they still took the time to explain the intricacies of the various models, understand my and my partner’s sleep needs, and even moved the heavy mattresses around to accommodate our demo requests. We spent a good hour at the store. Highly recommend checking out this store (including their unforgettable Vividus model!).
View on GoogleThe sales lady started by asking when we bought our current mattress and how much it cost to judge us, instead of talking about the brand story and any selling points of the products. Then she talked about some Chinese celebrity drama that I didn't even know the celebrity. We tried to lead the conversation to what made the mattress comfortable and special, but the sales only repeatedly said their products were handmade. I was still debating with my wife if the mattress was more comfortable than the one we had, and the sales said "don't be discouraged, our products cost 20k to 600k." It was a very awkward moment to learn the expensive price tag, as nothing luxury was perceived.

A warm welcome, an invitation to try the incredible legendary mattresses, and you are told the story of Hästens and the commitment to caring for the body mind and spirit during sleep. A very fun experience even for those who hate shopping. Never throw out another mattress during your lifetime, sleep on all natural fibers, zero endocrine disrupting chemicals, Hästens is the solution. It takes about an hour to get the full experience, its kind of like buying a car in terms of test driving and really understanding how each different model works. Thank you Andres for changing our lives for the better!
