He took the time to help me test different mattresses and find the one that suited me best. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt pressured into making a purchase.
I ended up choosing the Avocado Green Mattress with the medium tight-top, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It arrived sooner than originally expected, which was nice as I had seen some people had delays in receiving their mattress. The quality and comfort have made a huge difference in my sleep, and I truly feel it was a worthwhile investment.

I communicated with Miguel L., an Avacado rep, several times. He thoroughly and professionally answered all my question, as well as educated me on the quality of the Avacado mattresses, via a phone call, before I placed an order. I received emails from Miguel that were relevant to my order: ship date, arrival, and pointers for setting up the mattress. Customer service is exceptional, and I love my new mattress; it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned!

Josue, Miguel, and Milan went truly above and beyond. They spent a generous amount of time with me—patiently answering every question, walking me through the details, and making sure I fully understood the options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out.
It’s so rare to find this level of service anymore. Pair that with Avocado’s outstanding, high-quality products (yet affordable), and it made for a complete experience that exceeded my expectations.
I honestly can’t remember the last time I was served this well—they made my day… and improved my sleep 😃

I was shopping for my son’s first bed and decided to visit this store last weekend. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, which immediately made a great first impression.
Miguel assisted me throughout the process—he walked me through their kids’ mattress options and patiently answered all my questions about sizes, materials, in-store inventory, and the delivery process. He also explained that mattresses can be purchased using FSA funds, which was incredibly helpful. Based on my room setup, he gave thoughtful recommendations on the best foundation to choose.
What really stood out was how he helped me save money. He even suggested checking for credit card cash-back offers—something no one has ever pointed out to me before!
I ended up purchasing both a mattress and a foundation, but the excellent service didn’t stop there. Since I ordered through their FSA portal, Miguel followed up with my order confirmation and tracking details, and even sent a helpful video link showing how to set up the foundation on the day it arrived!
Bonus: They even offer snacks and juice for kids, which was a lifesaver when my son started getting bored while I was deciding.
