Sleep Number

Had a great experience with Connor as our sales associate. He went above and beyond. It took a couple visits to make our final decision, but Connor was very patient and didn’t push us to make a decision. We had a very pleasant and stress-free purchase.

The 5 star rating is for the sales rep Connor at Sleep Number, Palo Alto location. He went above and beyond to explain all the products to us as well as answer all of our questions. He is very friendly and understands customer needs perfectly. I highly recommend this store for people looking out for information on finding their right mattress.

Kyle was great! My husband and I have been contemplating on buying a new bed for awhile now and went to another store before coming to Sleep Number. Right off the bat, Kyle's energy was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the info that we needed to make our decision. We took a day to think on it and came back looking for Kyle and closed the deal with him. We both agreed that it was his salesmanship and attitude that really convinced us to want to buy a sleep number.

I'm sure the staff are great, but store hours are ...confusing. Store hours say 'daily 10am-7pm. Google says store is currently open. Called ahead to make sure the drive was not in vain, but got answering machine because 'we are helping somebody else in the store'. Conclusion, store must be open, right? Drove over...at 5pm, 2 hours before 'closing', door is locked and lights are off. No signs or notes. Very Disappointing - especially because I can *see* the products I want to buy through the window.

The pricing and tech can be somewhat intimidating (especially if you know NOTHING hardly about the company). Channing was knowledgeable, patient, and entertaining! He never seemed pushy or tried to upsell us. Only made recommendations based on what we told him about us. I’m sure these guys work on a commission but the interactions honestly felt genuine. My husband and I both LOVE our new climate 360 smart bed! Thank you Channing!
