Hello just wanted to tell you a little bit about Ideal Furniture. We were are out looking for a new bedroom set and a couch. Stumbled across Ideal Furniture online went and checked it out.They are by far the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They went the extra mile to help my wife an I to pick out and find the best furniture for us. They put zero pressure on you which if had to find. We gave them a budget and they made it happen. Thank you for everything!!

I attempted to order a dining room table with this company, I had been shopping around and the dinning set I really wanted they didn’t have available, I then contacted ideal furniture and spoke with Mari and asked if I could scheduled an appt and she said she was not at the store and won’t be available she then asked what I was looking for in which I told her I was looking for this table since I’m trying to furnish my new home, I then told her I had already received a quote for bedroom sets and living room set with another company and she said she can check pricing for all other items I reserved and said they have the best rates and lower costs then other competitors. I gave her the information and she mentioned she would check for me and give me a call back whiting the next few hours, so I texted her the information and she didn’t reach out to me, so I texted her and no answer, I then called her and she mentioned she got super busy in which I understand but it would have been nice for her to at least notify me she would call back, I then asked if she was able to look into the prices of the items I sent her over text in which she said she didn’t take the time to look. she then asked me to give each product number to her in which I did, she mentioned how it’s her and her husband business and they are know for lower prices but once she quoted me, it was a lot pricier then what I originally was quoted and when asked for how soon items could be received she had no answer all she could say it could take 2-6 weeks I then told her I was only interested in dining room table and I would order the rest with other company the next day she quoted me for the dining room table set which was a little over what I expected, she said there was no discount that was the price. I originally thought of giving this company a full order I was willing to pay cash for everything and order 2 bedroom sets, dining room set and living room set, but was very turned off by lack of flexibility not having exact date for shipment, even tho I was bundling and ordering multiple items there was only 10% discount offered on top of delivery, what I was quoted was insane compared to the other company. I decided not to order from them and instead went with ASC clearance outlet which I defiantly recommend ! I was able to save over $2000 more then I would with ideal furniture, David is amazing he is available and takes the time to see what you need and offers bundle deals, he was able to have all my items available within a week. I love how he did business that I ordered a different dining table set with them in which they gave me a better rate, don’t be fooled by companies that say the offer the best price in town, do your research and get quoted. Even tho it may seem like a good deal, I guarantee you another company can offer you something better and with quicker response and offer bundle deals. Go see David tell them lesley refer you, you won’t regret it! ASC clearance outlet near airport, he will work with you and is available and responsive!

I came into the store 10 minutes before closing and Marco was very nice to me. He didn’t rush me or pressure me to buy more stuff. My bed delivered the day I requested. Great customer service. The prices are truly affordable.
