I have the Innova Sleep Systems adjustable bed for 8 years now and it's still doing well and working strong with all the comfort functions I need. Their customer service teams are excellent, knowledgeable, prompt and serve with courteous assistance. Emily was the best that helped me all my concerns and questions needed in regard to remote malfunctions. I highly recommend their products and customer service assistance.
View on GoogleGreat products but their customer service and ability to provide customer service is a joke! They contract out to a call center who only forward messages. God help you if you have an extended warranty (which you need with their products) as they don't process claims in a timely manner so then the temporary, one-time use credit cards that the warranty companies use expire so they claim that the payment was denied (it was but because they didn't process it within 30 days). Stay away from their products!
