Jerome's Furniture & Mattress Store-Fountain Valley

Great service at this location. David was the absolute best and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He really dug deep. I've been trying to furnish an ADU, and the space is very tight. We found something that fits perfectly. It was delivered today, and our family is very excited about the new upgrade for our new space. Jessica at the paperwork desk was an angel, and we definitely will suggest this location over the Anaheim one any day of the week. We had a horrible experience there and feel like that location needs to take some notes from this location on how to be kind and professional. Thank you guys very much.

We were met with a most friendly face in James who is professsional, knows his product line, listened to all of our questions thoroughly and w. Expertise helped navigate us through our furnishing of another second home. James loves working with Jeromes for 5yrs and brings to Jeromes a wealth of knowledge and should be the one who is the manager of this store. And btw a wonderful and joyous sense of humor. He made our adventure really pleasant and we were able to furnish 60% of our new home all in basically one visit. He doesnt deserve 5 stars but 10+. Thank you for this opportunity. I was at Jerome's today and James N waited on me. I told him I was looking for a bedroom white dresser. He showed me a couple he had but I wanted to keep looking as this was my first stop. He gave me his card, was so nice and did not pressure me in the least. I did find an end table I liked and bought it from him. I wanted to let you know how nice it was to shop and not have someone follow you through the store. Kudos to James! Betty Binder

Had a great experience at Jerome’s and it started with the sales rep Nhat who greeted us and let us know he was available if we had questions and that he would give us “space” which was appreciated, this was especially appreciated since we had just come from a competitor. My wife and I walked around and found thee perfect dining table and china cabinet . Nhat was near by and answered all our questions about availability and additional seating and was able to get everything we asked for. This was especially important to us , due to my wife and I will be relocating to Oklahoma in a month and wanted to take the furniture withhus since Jerome’s is only in the west coast. Thank you Nhat and Jerome’s

To start off it’s so clean in this location. I came today to buy a couch i was highly satisfied with their customer service Ray helped us out today he was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. This is my 4th time buying from Jeromes and they have not disappointed! Also we left behind our wallet and Harry gave us a call and I thought was the most honest thing to do because if you ever lost something it’s a relief when you finally find it in this case they called us about it which was so sweet thank you !
