Jerome's Dream Shop Mattress Store-Downey

Complete nightmare. Ordered two beds over $9k order. It arrived with the king bed’s base missing parts. Things happen, delivery put us in contact with customer service and talked to an agent named Jessica. She was rude, unsympathetic and made me feel like she did not care. We slept on the floor for two days. Finally our bed base arrives!! And, it doesn’t work. Seriously sad. Wrote emails to upper management and the owner. No one cares. Seriously, don’t buy at this place and look for a company that has integrity and treats you with respect.

Update: After posting my review, the owner response asked me to visit them again. Didn't they see the pictures that I posted? The mattress was terrible!! What part of "I will never purchase anything from them again" don't they understand? They did not offer a simple "Sorry about your experience." reply. That would have made things a little better. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. Check the ratings on the BBB website. Original Post: I will never purchase anything from Jerome's again. I bought a mattress in October and four months later, it must be replaced because it was defective. The online customer service isn't very good. I had to go to the store for assistance because I didn't get a reply back. If you don't like the mattress after you get it home, too bad. All sales are final. Really? They told me, "If you liked it in the store, you'll like it at home." I won't do business with them anymore. Update: Jerome's Dream Shop is a nightmare. They've changed my delivery date twice. They said they were not delivering CREDIT items due to inventory changes. Really? I would not be a CREDIT customer if they hadn't sold me a defective mattress in the first place. Seems to me they would bend over backwards to make things right quickly. It was not my fault. Why should I wait? They finally delivered my new mattress. It does not feel like the one in the store. Looked at the label and it said, medium. I purchased a medium plush. Call them about it and later received a voice mail saying it the right mattress. Really? Don't go there!!!!! Customer service stinks!!!! Look at the complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

It's the the sit n sleep mattress place of Jeromes. You can't expect to find full range of furniture

Brian was very helpful and not at all pushy. He answered our questions, let us try the mattreses, and let us make our own decisions. We don't like pushy salespeople, so he was great.
