I appreciate the friendly and responsive customer service. Jennifer and her manager were very supportive even though I only bought a TV stand from the outlet room. I was so impressed I came back and bought a leather ottoman from the outlet room. Great selection and decent prices all around the store. I was appreciative they gave me a referral for Lee, a recommended and trustworthy delivery person. Shopping for a coffee table next.

Gary and Joe were very helpful and informative in matching us with the sofa and loveseat we needed. They also gave us a retroactive discount and refunded a portion of our purchase price after Jerome’s offered a new special sale after we bought. Thanks also to Heather for making that happen. Highly recommend!

I’m actually going to revise my review. We went back another day and Jennifer Tenace helped us out. She was informative and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We purchased the whole set and fire pit and it looks lovely on our patio! 1 chair didn’t fit so we were able to return it with the driver and it we will get the refund for it. Just like she said. Very happy with our purchase! Our experience was not great. Though we loved the sectional, not ONCE did they mention that all sales are final on everything in the store. Say you get it home and it’s the wrong color or just doesn’t fit right in your space…you can’t return it. You’re out hundreds or thousands of dollars. It wasn’t until AFTER they charged our card that they went over the terms and conditions and told us that all sales final… which is so wrong. They should start out by explaining this to you. Anyway, lost our business. We won’t be going back.

My person was Jennifer aka J lo She was very nice & helpful. She answered all my questions, make great suggestions as well. Mostly she didn’t pressure me or hover once she showed me what I wanted she gave me space. She came back & checked on me later. Great experience 👍

Showroom is organized and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Salespeople are not pushy, but are very helpful. Wait for the sales to get the best deals!
