Bought a washer on 11/16/2024. Spin cycle does not work. Owner will not give me my money back or replace the unit with one that works. Paid $255.00 says it has a 30 day warranty. He has ignored all my phone calls for the past 3 weeks.

View on GoogleMy washing machine went down ,I didn't know who to call so I gave this business a call told them what happened instead of trying to sell me another one they suggested maybe could be fixed ,came and picked it up ,it couldn't be transmission burned up so now I needed another washer they found me exactly the one I needed and delivered it,hooked it up and I love it will give this business 5 stars in customer service.

View on GoogleWell it was Saturday late in the evenings and I went there to his store and picked out a fridge and he said he had a double oven black glass top at his other store so I asked him if he would hold the black fridge for me and he gave me a price for both items and told me to go look at the stove and I did but the his other store was not open so I went home they are closed on Sunday so I went back down there Monday and there was no black double oven glass tops in his stores so I went back to his first store for the fridge and to my surprise it was being loaded up he sold it so I got lied to twice one he said he would hold the fridge and second he had a black double oven glass top which he didn’t have I’m not saying he a bad business just don’t tell someone something and then not have it I don’t like liers
