We had an excellent experience working with Lynell. She were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Lynell answered all of our questions, provided helpful recommendations without being pushy, and made the entire furniture buying process smooth and stress free. Her professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We am very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

We recently ordered a new couch, table and chairs for our beach condo and they look great and fit perfect in our space! Juan made it easy and was so helpful tracking and scheduling our order and delivery!!

We were greeted as soon as we came in looking for a bed. A decent selection and helpful sales person. The pricing was a little confusing as there was a fuel card offered, sales price and 300 dollar that could only be used at Kanes. Don't know if we got the best deal because it is a game I dont like to play. But delivered on time except we were told the old frame would be taken away and wasn't.

We worked with Juan. He was great, getting us the best deals and fastest delivery.Even when he was off work he was in communication making sure everything was as expected and on time. Now the " customer service" was a completely different story. Valerie was rude and dismissive. I stood in front of her at desk for a good two minutes while she was on her phone. Someone from the back said Valerie you have a customer her response was a big sigh of frustration and " what do you need" Furniture was being paid for and she said oh you need to make a payment on this, no we are paying for it entirely it's being delivered tomorrow. She responded nope nope nope not till after Sat. I already knew Juan had it taken care of. When I asked for warranty information card (that you sign for as received) she sd oh no you don't get warranty and there's no card. At that point other employe stepped in and printed all the warranty information. If it hadn't been such a great experience with Juan I would have paid more for furniture just not to deal with her any further. She needs training on customer service and generally how to treat people.

I went in to Kanes, at 11:30 on a Saturday morning, needing to buy things to outfit my entire house (recent move from out of state) with bare bones instructions on style and needs, Justin was able to get me completely furnished within an hour, with next day delivery. It was awesome!!!
