We are so happy that we found Kettle Moraine Appliance. As soon as we walked in LJ Garcia was there to assist us in finding a refrigerator that had very specific size requirements. He was able to find the right one quickly at a very competitive price. I love the fact that they have their people deliver, set-up and haul away the old unit unlike Home Depot who contract out and just deliver and unbox the unit for a high cost. Kettle Moraine has reasonable price for delivery, set-up and removal. They are able to schedule the delivery quickly,, which is great because the fridge stopped working and we need a replacement. I highly recommend Kettle Moraine Appliance and Sleep Center and ask for LJ Garcia to help you find what you need.
View on GoogleFrom the beginning of our Speed Queen washer and dryer shoping we were comfortable with the salesman. After we purchased we were extremely pleased with the two delivery men. I think their names were Garaudo and Mario. It took them no time to set up our new Speed Queens. They were super friendly and very careful not to scratch or damage anything. I highly recommend Kettle Moraine Appliance. In the future if or when I purchase more l definitely want those two delivery guys back.
View on GoogleIn October our dryer died. We went to KMA to get a new one. We chose a maytag. It worked for a few days then wouldn't dry the clothes or even get warm. After a repair person couldn't fix it, KMA replaced it with the same model. (per our request) That one again stopped working after a couple loads. I imagine they were sick of hearing from us but remained polite and professional. They worked with us immediately to get a different brand we picked out (GE). We definitely have enjoyed our GE dryer since then. Because of their willingness to correct the issue I highly recommend them. Thank you Kettle Moraine appliance! You definitely went above & beyond with your support and patience!
View on GoogleOur freezer broke unexpectedly, and they had a replacement delivered within an hour. The service was outstanding, and the salesperson was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Fast, professional, and easy to work with. They’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
