Verlo Mattress

I went to Verlo in Grafton and looked around at some mattresses and Dante greeted us and asked if he could help. I told him I currently had a Verlo V7 plush pillow top double sided mattress but it was not as comfortable as it used to be and Dante said I can send a crew to your house and inspect the mattress to see if it can be redone and he said it would be like new at fraction of the cost so I agreed and they came out inspected the mattress and said yes it could be redone however I wanted it so I chose to the it done back to factory specs and I wanted a new foundation. So Scott from Verlo called we set up the pick-up and it was back in two days and with the new foundation I couldn't be happier! I really appreciate Dante at the Grafton store for bringing this option to my attention and it saved me quite a bit of money and I have a new mattress again and all the people I dealt with great from Dante to Scott who setup the repair right to the delivery people great experience thank you Verlo!! Thank you very much! Great service and wonderful delivery team. Very friendly and helpful in explaining the new mattress! So glad we returned to Verlo.

Took my mom there today to order a new mattress as she loved the one she bought there 15 years ago. Turns out the same salesman there today was the same one that dealt with her 15 years ago!!! Great guy, helped mom out and was super polite. The showroom itself was clean and well lit with plenty of mattresses to chose from and a couple massage recliners. Seemed to be a wide array of prices depending on what type of mattress you order. Oh, and if you're unhappy after it's delivered they'll send a guy to adjust the firmness, pretty cool option. Pay the extra bucks and they'll come in and set it for ya, save your back!! Plenty of parking too. Highly recommended.

The sales staff ( Dante) was a great help in selecting products that fit our need without being overbearing. He was ready to answer any questions and repeat what was included in each product so we could compare and make an informed decision on which product and price fit our budget and comfort. Dante also recommended different pillows to try out. We found cooling pillows that we just love. Two different styles for each of us. We also bought sheets and a mattress cover that were all discounted when you ordered 3 or more accessories Thank you Dante! We also picked out a new mattress for our camper which we will order in February, so it will be here by the time camping season starts. That will be a special order camper queen dimensions. We ordered it to mimic our mattress at home without being quite as thick. We would definitely do business with them again and recommend Verlo to other friend’s & family. We were also impressed that the mattresses are made local and can be changed or upgraded if needed.

Dante helped me and my husband pick out a great mattress. He listened to our desires of budget friendly and open to options. He was extremely informative, professional and kind, it was a pleasure buying from him and made the experience smooth! I’m so glad we came here for our mattress and platform!
