I recently bought a pillow from sleep number at the Eau Claire store. I knew I had a referral gift there and wanted to use that but when I got there, they informed me it had just expired the month earlier. It was for $200. Well I understood that it was my fault for missing the deadline and I bought the pillow anyway. I tried it for two nights, and it hurt my neck. So when I was back home, I went to the Grafton store and met Keyonte. He was so helpful and kind about the return. Wanted to see if he could find a pillow for me but not being pushy. I never felt bad about returning the one I bought. They didn’t have the pillow I wanted in stock so I left with my total hassle-free return. During the transaction, I had explained to him that I had just lost the $200 referral gift. He told me that some people had called this number and got it reinstated. He wrote the number down and said it’s worth a try. He didn’t have to do that. So I called the number and explained to the gal on the phone how I missed the deadline and she had no problem reinstating the $200. Now that is true customer service. I’d tell anyone to go find Keyonte, as he is great at sales. Sweet, helpful and not pushy. I went back, thanked him, bought a pillow and sheets and pillow protector. I also want to say we have had our sleep number bed for 17 years. And we still love it.
View on GoogleKeyonte is the guy you want to find at this store! Knowledgable, friendly, no pressure, and very nice! We stopped in just to check out the sleep number products and was greeted by Keynote right away and he was great! We were not pressured to buy anything…and we didn’t. He didn’t dismiss us, he was not condescending, he didn’t make us feel that this was our one and only chance to get a deal. He answered our questions, showed us the tech, gave us a quote, and was fantastic! Although we didn’t buy anything today, when we decide to do it, we will find him. Being that we did not purchase anything, I cannot speak to how Sleep Number handles customer service and support. I also cannot speak for the other salesmen; but if you want questions answered and want to check out these beds, find Keyonte!
View on GoogleI'm not able to comment on a Sleep Number mattress because I was so turned off by the superior attitude of the salesman and his "canned speech, " that I wasn't willing to spend one more second of my time in that store. The success or failure of an establishment is A LOT about it's staff and their customer service and I don't think "TONY" is doing Sleep Number any favors. I would suggest that management fill TONY in on what a "review" is and how many people read them. There are a lot of mattress stores in the Grafton area and the mattress stores need customers more than the customers need the mattress stores because there are SO MANY to choose from. I ended up at Steinhafels and bought a name brand great mattress at a great price from a friendly and kind professional sales person. Thank you.
View on GoogleI came into the store today as a first time customer, having already seen the multiple one star reviews about their customer service, but was hoping for the best. The salesman, Tony, made sure to keep up that one star review reputation. When I very politely said I wasn't interested in purchasing a bed after hearing about them and the extremely high cost, he told me and my husband that we should go to Costco and buy a bed in a box. He said it in a very annoyed and childish manner. This is the extremely immature, unprofessionalism you can expect from Tony. We have already had a nice laugh at his expense with multiple people. I've never seen such hideous behavior from a salesman! There are so many places to purchase mattresses, don't waste your time here.
View on GoogleGreat experience w/ over the phone purchase. Was assisted by Keyonte, who answered all of my questions and hooked me up with a king size sleep number bed. This is my fourth sleep number, highly recommend.
