Colder's Furniture, Appliances, and Mattresses

Brian T. provided exceptional service in helping us select furniture for my mother's move into a memory care community. This was an emotional transition for our family, and his patience, kindness, and understanding made the entire process significantly easier. He took the time to listen to our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided us in choosing comfortable, appropriate furniture for her new living space. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion were evident every step of the way. Due to furniture being at different stores/warehouses, it was going to be delivered on 2 separate days. Brian told us he would do his best to see if all the furniture could be delivered on the first delivery date. To my surprise, when the notification came through regarding the delivery time, all items were listed on it. What could have been a stressful experience became a positive and reassuring one thanks to Brian's dedication and outstanding customer service. I am truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for furniture. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond during such an important time for our family.

Our salesperson Brian T. was super helpful. We purchased two Flexsteel recliners for an addition we are putting on our home. We had some very special requirements. Brian spent a lot of time with us and developed a special order meeting all of our needs. He was very patient and professional. We recommend Colder’s and Brian without reservation.

Scott Living mattresses are garbage. It started to break down after about a year and the warranty process through Restonic is a joke. I finally gave up. The mattress was really expensive. So disappointing! UPDATE 2/5/26: Colders customer service does not assist with mattresses at all! We called the number that they listed on their Google review response. We got a bunch of runaround and were directed to go to a website to fill out a form. I already did all of this with the mattress manufacturer and got nowhere. DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM COLDERS. THE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING!!!

Whatever you do don’t order any thing custom through them. I ordered a couch in February with a. custom fabric color and was told it would take max 12 weeks. It’s been over 12 weeks. Called to find out status and was told it hasn’t even been started and it won’t be ready for another 2 months and there’s absolutely nothing that can be done except to mark it as expedited which should hopefully shave off a couple weeks (maybe). They won’t let me change my order, they aren’t offering any discount. I have an event I needed this for and would never have purchased it if I knew I would be looking at a 6 month window instead of 3. That possibility was never even raised and when I called they told me it’s their policy that it’s normally 6-12 weeks so they don’t mention that it could take double that. It’s shady and it’s bad business. Really frustrated with them.

Helpful staff, but not too chatty. Great explanation of current sale and where to browse furniture that met my "aesthetics ". Nicely presented upholstery options for my choices, and did extra legwork to compare options. Very pleased with my choices and ease of checkout along with an FAQ of the purchase. Thanks Marilyn!
