Fantastic experience buying my new queen size bed. Best prices in town and great customer service by the gentleman in front and the ladies in the showroom. Mattress and box springs still in plastic for less than $500 can not be beat. If you are looking for great deals with fantastic customer service than this is definitely the place. Will be back to get more stuff in the future.

View on GoogleMy experience at Knoxville Furniture Distributors wasn’t great. The store had a decent amount of furniture, but the layout felt cluttered and a little hard to navigate. Prices were fine, but nothing special compared to other places nearby. What really dropped the rating for me was the customer service. One of the employees I spoke with came off pretty rude—short answers, no eye contact, and it felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. It definitely made the whole visit uncomfortable. Overall, I didn’t walk out feeling taken care of, and I’m not sure I’d come back unless things improve.
