My wife and I walked into the Brother's Bedding store off of Peter's Road to look at the mattresses. Eric ended up helping us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured throughout the visit. My wife and I really liked the feel of a particular mattress but my wife liked the plushness (pillow top) of a different mattress. My wife asked if the pillow top could be put on the mattress that we both liked and Eric said no problem at all. We were sold! Eric took his time to let us lay on them as long as we needed and ask us plenty of questions to lead us in the right direction. He showed us a cut out of what we were interested in purchasing and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
