I had been looking for the right kind of mattress for a couple of days. In fact, I had walked out of two fairly large stores, because no one seemed interested in helping find what I needed. However, when I walked into Mattress Firm, I was immediately noticed and addressed. That let me know from the start, that I would have the help and expertise I required to make an informed purchase. The gentleman (Jacob) who provided information and advice, was well versed in the types and styles of mattresses available. I explained my situation and waited for his recommendation. I expected an expensive high end selection, so you can understand my surprise when Jacob recommended a moderately priced mattress which met all of my needs. I, like many others have endured the lack of quality customer service from many reputable stores. However, Jacobs pleasant personality, attention to detail and willingness to go out of his way to provide a customer with the satisfaction of knowing they made an excellent purchase, completely leveled the playing field. I made a point of information Jacob of my appreciation of his efforts on my behalf. I also will make it a point to recommend Mattress Firm to any and all who need a mattress.

Chase was our sales guy. He was awesome and Jacob helped us a bit too. Chase was knowledgeable, patient, professional and across the board 10 stars if i could rate that high. He made sure that my wife and i and my mother in law were taken care of and he was a big help in our matress selection. Chase at Mattress Firm on Washington Pike did a WONDERFUL job in getting us the mattress and adjustable base that was right for us. He was very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy at all and really helped us understand some things about different mattresses.
