Clayton's helped me out in a pinch!! They had a good selection, but most importantly, they had great customer service. The gentleman who sold me my couch was able to arrange same say delivery (which was exactly what I needed) - and then the 2 men that delivered the couch were friendly and worked their butts off maneuvering the couch through my small, oddly shaped entry way! Very satisfied and relieved I went to Clayton's. And it looks perfect in my living room 😍

We just moved to the area and have been searching for the right couch for my wife to accommodate her medical issues. Greg greeted us when we entered the store. He was very understanding, helpful, and considerate on what she needed. He wasn't just there to make a sell, like most furniture stores. Greg provided discount prices on high quality furniture. He checked all the boxes and we are very pleased with our purchase. We highly recommend checking out Clayton's Furniture for high quality merchandise and a professional atmosphere. As a 22 year old single girl it can be very intimidating going furniture shopping. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and safe. They listened to me and cared about what I wanted. The price was very reasonable AND the free delivery is very much appreciated. The delivery experience was also AMAZING. The gentlemen were so positive and professional. They were so quick while still paying attention to detail. They also listened to exactly where I wanted it and made sure it was what I wanted before they left. I am so happy with the EXCEPTIONAL comfort of my new couch and the EXCEPTIONAL experience from purchase to delivery. Thank you Greg and the Clayton staff for making this an AMAZING experience. I will only be recommending Clayton’s for furniture to EVERYONE I know. :)

My wife and I were considering buying a Flexsteel double recliner but had no immediate plans to purchase at this time. We stopped by Clayton's Furniture on a walk to downtown and were Immediately greeted by Greg. Long story short, he showed us a double recliner that was exactly what we were considering and we bought it on the spot. Greg was unbelievable and made us a fantastic deal with delivery included the very next day along with removal of the couch in our rental house and delivery to another location designated by our landlady. We didn't know that customer service like that existed anywhere anymore! Believe all the great reviews here because Clayton's is just that good. Absolutely the very best furniture store in the entire Knoxville and East Tennessee area. Thanks Greg, two more customers for life! Also, a plug for Flexsteel - the Flexsteel double recliner is just as comfortable as we expected (we had Flexsteel recliners in our Foretravel motorhome where we lived full-time for the first 8 years after we retired so we knew the quality before this purchase).
