Sleep Number

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went into the Sleep Number Store. I have never been there before. Then I met Ivy. She made the visit worth while. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She answered every question we had to the best that she could. Even the crazy ones. I would definitely go back to see Ivy.

My husband and I needed a new mattress. I heard about this store so we started our search there. We were there about 2:00 in the afternoon. There was one gentleman in the store and he was talking to a customer. So my husband and I waited patiently. Whenever the other customer left he asked if he could help us. Not once did he ask us to sit down or lie down. I kept asking questions and he would give ambiguous answers like, whatever the customer can afford or whatever they like. He never came near enough for me to see his name tag. Now I will say that my husband and I are black! I have not been treated like that in a long time. But we got out of there quickly and went to Levin's and was greeted at the door. We consequently spent over $4000! So you lose!!!!
