Sleep Number

Josh was great to work with. He and the other team members were very informative. I had never looked at a Sleep Number bed but left the store very educated on the bed options. I eventually came back and purchased a bed. I called the customer service number to go over a billing detail and that person was extremely helpful as well. Excited to get some good sleep finally! Appreciate the Sleep Number team being so amazing.

This is your sign to get the sleep number- do it!!!! because you deserve to completely satisfied with the mattress you lay on every night of your life. (This isn’t an ad, I’m just truly so happy that my back stopped hurting) I got my mattress from sleep number 2 weeks ago and I have NEVER slept so good. My partner and I have completely different sleeping styles and have gone through three different mattresses in the past few years trying to find something that worked for my scoliosis and his degenerative disc disease. Enough was enough- we were finally ready to find our number. We went into this store and got the staff’s immediate and undivided attention. They had us lay down, mapped our pressure, let us test out different firmnesses and each of their mattresses as well. Shipping took less than a week, the delivery team was delightful and helpful, and store’s manager followed up with us a week or so after to make sure we were happy with our new bed. As someone who has never had a new mattress, it seemed like an intimidating spend but it was work every penny! Sleep number- I think you just gained a customer for life! Thank you guys! Now I need a sleep number pillow too lol

Just visited the sleep number store and Jocelynn took great care of us. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru all the options in a way we could easily understand. She took the time to show us the differences and was very patient thru all our questions, and bed testing, while we came to our decision. We purchased our new bed and look forward to its delivery in less than a week. All around great experience and would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new bed!!

Had a great experience at the Sleep Number store thanks to Mountain. Straight up—this guy knows his stuff. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest guidance and real expertise. He took the time to understand what I actually needed and made sure I got set up with the right bed, not just the most expensive one.
