Purple - Irvine Spectrum

I had already bought the Harmony pillow for myself, but we went back tonight because my husband wanted to try one for himself. The Irvine Spectrum store is always well organized and nice and clean. It's great because you can go in and try out all the mattresses and the pillows. They put a pillow protector on each pillow before you try it so it keeps things sanitary. We ended up buying two pillows. One for my husband and one for our daughter. "Ardalan" helped us out while we were in the store. He was so very nice. He had a great personality and was very helpful.

After doing considerable research, I made an appointment with Sean C. and visited the Purple store at the Spectrum last week. What a great experience. I was impressed with the time and courtesy he provided answering my questions and concerns. Sean C. was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting with the final selection. Customer service is a top priority, especially when choosing a mattress. Delivery and set up (including a foundation) was handled efficiently by Jerry and Ibraham and with the 100 night risk-free home trial, I am on my way to getting restorative, quality sleep.

I was having difficulty picking a pillow before an office Xmas party but here comes Ardalan to the rescue!! he helped me through all the options and he was able to point me to the correct pillow. I love it. Happy holidays!

Thanks Sean for helping us with the bed purchase this morning! Sean was able to answer our questions about the purple mattress, he was a kind, informative, and a very thoughtful sales person. The place was busy for a Sunday morning, they were having a sale so we thought we would have to wait.
