Sleep Number

Our Sleep Associate “Tyrell" was fantastic, we had a great experience! He was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs for a new adjustable base bed, and recommended solutions for my husband and I with our differences how we sleep. He answered all our questions, and provided excellent guidance without any pressure and made the process stress-free. I highly recommend working with him and appreciate the exceptional friendly customer service he provided! He’s at the Irvine Spectrum store. BTW we have a 20 yr old Sleep Number basic base bed which has been amazing all these years, so looking forward to the new one. Thanks Tyrell!!

Tyrell, our store representative, was personable and informative. He was a pleasure to work with and did not do any high-pressure selling. He just let us make up our own mind about the features we wanted. We would highly recommend him as he is a very professional and effective Sleep Number team member!

Kay was so helpful in so many ways. She has helped answering all of my questions. When I needed to get my bed delivered to a new property she was so kind and thorough and I can tell she had my best interest at heart. Thank you Kay you are very much appreciated.

Terrell at the Sleep Number Bed store at the Irvine Spectrum was great… easy to work with and not pushy. My wife and I look forward to having our ComfortNext Ultra bed delivered and less snoring nights.

Pleasant, courteous, enjoyable is how I’d describe buying a sleep number bed. I’d done my homework and knew what I wanted so I wasn’t a hard sell.
