I spent $5,000+ on a mattress here and regret it. I wasn’t reminded of the 60-day return policy when I came back within the first week — instead I was told to “give it several months.” When I returned after 5.5 months, they denied any help and even refused to let me speak with a manager. For such an expensive purchase, I expected professionalism and transparency. Make sure you get the return policy in writing.

He was very knowledgeable, had me try out various mattresses to figure out which would work best for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy on my first visit. Once I purchased the mattress, I had it delivered two weeks later to match my move-in date. The delivery was smooth and easy and they took away my old mattress without any charge. I love my new mattress and highly recommend getting your mattress from OC Mattress in Irvine.

Dieter was especially knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He had our mattresses delivered on time and by men who were extremely careful with our furnishings and walls. We could not be any happier and could not recommend them any more highly.

Jeff helped me out, he was super knowledgeable and found the perfect mattress for me. I didn't know how amazing an adjustable base is, but my wife and I have never slept better. Ask for Jeff!
