Living Spaces

My daughter and I walked into this location and we were greeted right away. We informed the employee we were just looking but would let someone know if we had any questions. As we were walking around looking at living room furniture we were greeted by staff quite often which was very nice. Robin approached us with a very positive attitude she had patience and explained every piece of information about the furniture she was very impressive. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for new furniture for your home. Great customer service

Visited Living Spaces in Redondo Beach, CA. We were looking for a dining set. Upon arrival to the store Roger introduced himself to us and it was all good from there. Roger helped us locate the right dinning set for our needs. He was courteous and had a great personality as well as wonderful product knowledge and sku availability. Rogers customer service is something that is not found anymore. We purchased what we were looking for and had a great shopping experience. Employees like Roger make customers like us want to continue shopping at Living Spaces. In addition the customer service department interaction with Stephanie Melgoza and Donovan was easy going and delightful. Thank you.

Helpful staff and great value. Large clean floor room. Being able to sit in each couch and feel the fabrics and cushion level is so critical to making the purchase. We ended up buying a different couch than we would’ve from online shopping only. Highly recommend.

Lorena at Living Spaces Redondo Beach helped me decide on a sectional. While at the time, I wasn't prepared to purchase it in store, and later ordered it online. She helped me reconfirm that the Kennedy Sectional was the one I wanted. She helped show me some other options and brought out a cushion from the Kennedy in the color Mocha so that I could compare it against brown and green couches.

Terrible online shopping experience. I bought three items online and received a fake plant with the box and product completely smashed. I contacted the customer service via chat and were very nice and apologetic. They told me I will be contacted again in 3 days and will receive a replacement. Never contacted me and received another smashed box, the product was completely destroyed. A fake plant fully crushed and bent. I contacted the customer service again and they apologized. They said this time I will get contacted for sure within 3 days and will receive a replacement. Fast forward a couple of weeks after, and after receiving an email confirmation with the order number for tracking, the tracking stopped working without any explanation. No emails received. I contacted the customer service again and they told me the order got canceled because it was not fully paid. I now have to wait until the next day to be able to talk to someone else since they were closed for the day. Completely outraging experience were I received two broken products and canceled the second replacement without an explanation. Stay away from Living Spaces, they don’t care about the customer or even the products they send you. Their quality control is non existing.
