Amazing experience from start to finish. The sales person George, was great. He showed me several options and found a perfect match for me. He also made payment and delivery set up a beeeze. Ricardo was available to meet all of my customer service needs throughout the delivery process. The delivery team was prompt and professional. They took the time to put on shoe covers to protect my carpet and set everything up in a snap. I would definitely use mattress firm for my next mattress purchase.

I felt we got honest answers to all our questions and he never tried to up sell to more expensive items. He was really patient and down-to-earth, and you could tell he actually cared about helping us find something that worked for our budget. At Ashley’s Furniture, it was the complete opposite, they made us feel awkward, pressured and following us around the store and almost guilty for not wanting to spend a ton, which just ruined the experience but Ricardo took the time to explain the differences in materials and how each bed would feel, and he encouraged us to try out all the options, without rushing us at all. It made the whole process feel easy and actually enjoyable. Made the purchased within minutes.
