Brett in the Westerville store was extremely helpful and nice to me. Explained all the technology in the mattresses and I was amazed at how things work. I found a mattress and frame with his help. He’s very good at what he does and is knowledgeable about the product he sells!
View on GoogleI walked in knowing pretty much what I wanted; Brett helped me figure out what softness I wanted. Carried my purchase and got it loaded on the van. We had twine to tie it down, but was struggling to get it tied off; so he pulled out some much better rope and then helped secure it all with ease. Made it all look effortless. A 15 minute visit if even that. Brett is a credit to himself and to his company. Give that man a raise! :)

View on GoogleSales Person very knowledgeable and professional. Was very disappointed about Delivery Charge as my apartment isn’t even 250 Yards away.
View on GoogleSo.. I found out today there was a whole in my mattress and boxspring..not the greatest of things to find out right after paying your mortgage...none the less, driving down the street I see this girl outside in 90 plus heat selling mattresses..I ask how much for a king?..she tells me and I drive on..later after switching cars I drive back and to her and she says "go to the store for payment" (across the parking lot).. I get the store and the guy sets me up with the best mattress in the store!! With a platform boxspring !! I was honest with how much I had to spend and he did his best to accommodate my needs..I will definitely be back..and would recommend this place to anyone in need!
