We have purchased 2 mattresses and box spring sets from Original Mattress Factory. Great product, they dont skimp on quality. Worth every bit of the money$$. Recently dealt with Kevin Tracy at their Polaris area store. Knowledgeable about the product and easy to work with. 2 thumbs up!

View on GoogleVery good experience!!!! We came in to purchase a full size mattress for our new apartment, with combined coupons, we got the best deal on a good quality mattress I think we could get. Both times visiting the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Helped us get the mattress and foundation strapped onto the car, very efficient and pleasant process! Definitely would reccomend for others to stop by and check it out.
View on GoogleYou will not find a better company to purchase your mattress from in Columbus. We picked out mattresses from a larger box store but decided we would shop around just to be sure. We were blown away from the moment we walked in. They are locally made and they have a wonderful selection. My partner and I have very different tastes but we were both able to find something we loved. The most shocking part? Our selections (even with one being the MOST expensive mattress in the store) were almost HALF the price of the Stearns & Fosters we had already picked out! Everything was seamless, but, then we had a slight snafu. The split king mattresses didn't line up as we had hoped. Their service team reached out with a solution and were able to come the next day. Everything is wonderful. We are both sleeping better than ever. I cannot reccommend the Original Mattress Factory enough. I will be telling all of my friends and family to get their next mattresses here. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!!
View on GoogleGreat product at a fair price. However, the delivery guy was extremely rude. I opted for full delivery but the salesman mistakenly put down drop off. The delivery guy barely stepped inside and threw my stuff against the wall. Will likely buy from OMF again but not the Polaris location.
