Mancini's Sleepworld Burlingame

Went in looking for a new mattress this Presidents’ Day and the manager Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right mattress for me and gave me a sweet deal. Shopping for a new mattress can be a bit overwhelming because how often does one go out to buy a new mattress? Not very often but this was a 10/10 experience. I would recommend this spot to anyone that’s in the market for something new.

Very comprehensive selection of brands including the two I had narrowed down my new mattress search to. The in-person showroom helped me finalize my decision when clearly one mattress was matching my firmness preference than the other. This store saved me so much time of further research or churn if I had gone with an online order without actually lying down to feel the difference. Post mattress purchase: also a very quick, smooth delivery process with lots of communication leading to its arrival. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Mancini’s! Alex helped us explore different Tempur-Pedic options and took the time to walk us through various mattresses and adjustable bases so we could really understand the differences. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We didn’t make a purchase on our first visit, but we came back specifically to work with him—and we’re so glad we did. Thanks to Alex, we felt confident in our decision and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend asking for him!

Alex is great - chill and knowledgable, and he took the time to get to know us to be able to advise us on the best mattress for us, even suggesting some of the lower priced tempurpedic options instead given our preferences. Consistent and tries to do the best for every customer, no drama. Also - amazing memory - can't believe he remembered us many months later, after popping in for a short visit to check out beds!

Jose Camacho was a great help for my husband and I. We were literally in and out of there within 30 minutes. Our new mattress is also getting delivered the next day! My husband and I both liked different firmness on beds and we were able to find something that we both agreed on and LOVE. We appreciate the great customer service we received. We’re super happy about our extended trial and warranty on our mattress as well.
