We have been researching different brands of mattresses, and Tempur-Pedic is one of the brands we considered. So we went to the Burlingame store to try it out. Carol, the store manager, is super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the differences between the products and patiently answered all of our questions. What we like about Carol is that she isn’t pushy at all. She encouraged us to go home, do more research, and come back when we were ready. She was also kind enough to email us about an upcoming Presidents’ Day sale and let us know it would be a great time to save a few hundred dollars. We really appreciate how she follows up without any hard selling.
A couple of weeks later, we decided to go back, and Carol was there to welcome us. She let us try the two products we had been debating again—still no pushy sales talk. We made up our minds and purchased the ProAdapt with the Smart Base. Carol clearly explained the welcome package and how to get post-sale support if needed. She even asked us to give her a call if we run into any questions after we receive the mattress.
We visited a few other mattress stores, and none compared to this one. The entire customer experience was wonderful. Carol truly makes a difference. Now we’re just waiting for the mattress to be delivered so we can start enjoying it.

Came back after a very good initial visit with Ivan. We took a bit to be ready to buy and set an appt (with Carol as Ivan was off that day). Working with Carol was very laid back. She didn't hard sell us to the top mattress or base, and did a good job with what we would get by going to each level. In the end, we got what fit our needs best. Thanks to Carol.

Great experience here especially with Ms. Carol Nieto. I had an issue with the warranty on my mattress and she went above and beyond to resolve it and continued to follow up with me until it was done, even though she was not involved with the sale when I purchased the mattress. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend when you go to that store you ask for her by name. Thank you Carol 🙏

Absolutely outstanding experience with Ivan and Carol! We first met Ivan almost ten months ago, and from the very beginning he made the whole mattress-shopping process smooth and enjoyable. He introduced every Tempur-Pedic mattress in incredible detail and let us try each one for extended periods with so much patience. He truly treated us like valuable guests and friends, not just customers. After that first visit, Ivan reached out to us to check in, introduced to us recent deals, and see if we had any questions. That level of care is rare and really appreciated.
Fast forward to Black Friday, right after our home remodeling was finally done—we went back to the store right before closing, on one of the busiest days of the year. Ivan and Carol had clearly had a long, exhausting day with so many guests coming through, yet they still greeted us warmly and helped us with the same patience and kindness as always. Ivan once again took the time to let us re-test the different options we were deciding between, even though it was so late.
By the time we checked out, it was already after closing, and both Ivan and Carol stayed with us to carefully explain the pricing line by line and applied amazing Black Friday deals for our final purchase. Their dedication, even at the end of a long day, meant a lot to us.
We are beyond excited about our new Tempur-Pedic bed system and incredibly grateful for the exceptional service we received.
If you are buying anything related to mattresses or pillows, I highly recommend Ivan and Carol. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make all the difference.

Carlo gave me the best shopping experience I’ve ever had for a major purchase. He was honest, patient, and struck the perfect balance of helpful without being overbearing. He genuinely had my best interests in mind and never once made me feel like I was being sold to. The whole experience felt personal, and he gave me straight answers every step of the way. If you’re heading to this store, ask for Carlo specifically. Nobody does it better. Walked out with a fantastic Memorial Day purchase and couldn’t be happier
