Mancini's Sleepworld Campbell

Brandon was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. Smart kid. He helps me a lot deciding what mattress I should get. Very very nice. I am very happy with my purchase today 9/1/25 with Labor Day sale. Your service is appreciated and thank you very much. You are really a mattress specialist. God bless you.

What an amazing experience! Kevin helped us to make an informed choice and spent a lot of time going over different options. This is our 2nd mattress from Mancini’s - we trust them. The store on Bascom is the best.

Just purchased a new mattress. Brandon, the Sales Rep who helped me was kind, professional, pleasant . He was patient as I tried a number of mattresses. He suggested that I take time to lay on each mattress so I had a feel for each one. I felt no pressure to hurry. I am looking forward to having the mattress delivered on Tuesday, the date I chose.

Beautiful showroom and wonderful helpful staff. Answered all of my many questions without making me feel dumb. Let me spend time testing mattresses without any sales pressure. When I decided on a purchase, the sales process was quick and easy. I had my choice of delivery dates. Delivery was on time, professional, and smooth. I love my new mattress and adjustable base! Great experience!

Absolutely amazing experience. The customer service and care that comes from this store is a step above the rest. Kevin really made us feel like we are part of their family. We visited the store to try out the mattress between 4 and 5 times and not once did we feel pressured to buy. Kevin and Brandon are very knowledgeable about their products and not only give you an answer, but show you first hand. If you are in the market for a new bed, go see Kevin and Brandon at the Campbell store across from the Pruneyard, they will take good care of you.
