I had an incredible experience at this store, all thanks to Justin. My husband and I were eyeing the Rejuvenate mattress, but the $6,000 price tag made us hesitate. We visited the store and asked a lot of questions, which could have been annoying, but Justin was always welcoming and genuinely understood our perspective. He gave us the space to explore the store comfortably without any pressure. Honestly, if it weren’t for his supportive attitude, we might have walked away. He also went above and beyond to help us coordinate the delivery schedule with our upcoming move, which was a huge relief. If you're looking for someone who is patient, professional, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Justin!
View on GoogleWe are happy with our shopping experience. Justin really helped us in navigating our mattress purchase. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently. Overall a very smooth in-store experience.
View on GoogleThis is very random but I recommend the butt pillow for long plane rides. It's a bit awkward to carry around due to size and weight but it makes sitting on 12 hour flights on economy much easier. The staff is helpful.
View on GoogleDaryl was wonderful to work with. He was super friendly and able to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase anything. We ended up buying a cal king mattress, sheet set, protective cover, and pillows. From initial contact through home delivery of the products, Daryl exhibited great customer service skills over email and in person. I would highly recommend the Purple store at Valley Fair for a no-pressure, warm, and informed turnkey customer service experience. If you want to revolutionize your sleep quality, this is where to go! We love our new bed. Thank you, Daryl!
