I recently purchased a Kluft Imperial Plush mattress, and my sales associate, Chris Berry, was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, providing exceptional product knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine professionalism every step of the way. If you are looking for a big selection of high quality mattresses with experienced advisors, this is the location for you! I can't thank Mev enough for recommending the right mattress and adjustable base for us!! Before walking into this location, I visited 2 other competitors and did quite a bit of online research. We walked in 15 mins before closing. Mev was not irritated at all that we walked in so late but instead welcomed us by sharing his time, expertise, and patience narrowing down my selection to 3 different brands. He followed up with us throughout the process and several weeks later we came back only to challenge him some more by changing our minds regarding a queen to a king size with a budget. Mev showed us brands within, below, and above our price range. We ended up purchasing the top of the line Aireloom mattress and couldn't be more happy! It's been 2 weeks now and still extremely pleased we made this decision. Thank you, Mev - for helping us select the perfect mattress, sheets, bed protector, and pillows. The entire package is keeping us comfortable and cool with a better night's rest!

We purchased a new mattress and motorized base at Mancini’s at 1086 Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose this weekend. We worked with Christopher Berry who did an excellent job explaining the available options and working with us to select the mattress with the best firmness and other features for us. The mattress and base were delivered yesterday within the stated time window and their delivery crew did a great job setting everything up for us and removing our old bed. We’re very happy with our purchase and can highly recommend Mancini’s. Working with them has been a pleasant experience throughout the process.

Had a great experience purchasing our new mattress, thanks to awesome customer assistance by Richard. We were shown options, given info about each mattress type, then kindly left alone to practice sleeping in each one (i.e., no sales pressure at all, take your time) -- but always right there to answer any questions (i.e., no sales pressure at all). An amazing selection, no need to go anywhere else (we are repeat customers).

Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. He took the time to show me many different types of mattresses and had excellent product recommendations. I was so impressed by Mancini’s that I made a second purchase for an upgraded base the next day!
