Mancini's Sleepworld Santa Clara

Incredible all around! When there is a passage of time since my last mattress purchase, a bit of fog sets in as you navigate the options and new features to consider. The Store Manager "Mike" stepped in with a simple baseline of information, asked a few questions and narrowed the wide field of options down to a select few. I made my selection with confidence because of the professional guidance. My delivery is also delayed for a few months "No Problem" Mike said... "Just call when you are ready". Simply Perfect!

I went to Mancini's the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. David assisted my daughter and me. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. He encouraged us to try different mattresses. When I found one I liked, he checked the stockroom and found a 2025 model. He sold it to me half price. It’s an Aireloom brand, top of the line. Thank you David and his manager Michael for a great experience!

My sister and I had been putting off getting new mattresses for awhile and finally decided to visit Mancini’s Sleepworld. David Morales made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He answered all of our questions, walked us through several options, and helped us both find the right mattresses and adjustable bases. We really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for David if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

I visited the store looking for a mattress for my fiancée and me, and the store manager, Mike, provided top-notch service. He quickly assessed what we were looking for and walked us through several mattress options. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, and it truly felt like he cared about helping us find the right mattress and ensuring we had a great experience. I really appreciated how Mike made what could have been a difficult decision into a stress-free and pleasant experience. We eventually ended up with one of the mattresses Mike recommended. I highly recommend visiting Mike at Mancini's Sleepworld in Santa Clara if you're shopping for a mattress!

Mattress Mike was great! He is the Stevens Creek store manager. I found Mike from a family member who referred me to his store. They’d had a great experience. Mike was personable, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my sleep comfort. He explained the process in detail, outlined what to do if after a 3-month trial I no longer liked the mattress and needed to exchange it, and helped to set up a delivery time in the city I’m moving to! I highly recommend Mike Hipple and Mancini’s Sleepworld. Seriously get there now!
