Mancini's Sleepworld Cupertino

I went in not expecting to buy anything yesterday, as I am currently planning for a move about 30 days out. However, the experience was so seamless that I ended up moving forward anyway. The store manager, Loren, did a fantastic job. He really listened to my specific needs and showed me a great variety of mattresses that fit my criteria. Because of my current body composition, I have to be very selective about firmness levels to ensure proper support, and Loren was incredibly knowledgeable in helping me navigate those options. If you want a team that actually listens to what you’re looking for without the high-pressure sales tactics, I highly recommend this location.

I always purchase my mattress at Mancini. They have so much selection to choose a mattress with different prices from low to high. I always had good experience with their mattresses, and excellent customer service. I have dealt with Loren D. at Cupertino Mancini since he worked at the other Mancini branch - Loren was very patient and helpful. Hetty

It's been a wonderful experience going to Mancini's Cupertino store. The store manager Loren was amazing! He worked with us to give a great price for the mattress. It enabled us to buy it and it was my son's first choice. Thank you Loren for making it such a wonderful experience!!

We had an excellent experience with Monica our sales person who happens to have my same name. I brought my husband in over the weekend to see & try out the mattresses. We were in agreement & purchased the bed. Monica gave us wonderful help & suggestions. I highly recommend her and Loren (her manager) whom we met on my second visit.

Follow up after 1 month: _________________________ After using the new mattress for 3 weeks, we came to the conclusion that it wasn't the mattress for us. We contacted Will again, and he graciously let us swap to a different brand at no charge (delivery included). It was a smooth and seamless experience to do the swap, thanks to Will. We now love the new mattress and plan on using it for 1-2 more decades. _________________________ We caught the end of the Labor Day sale and have visited 4 other mattresses stores. In addition to explaining all the differences among mattress constructions, adjustable base options, Will let us take our time and try out as long as we wanted. Then he worked up a really good deal for a luxury mattress for us. We bought the set and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. Will was superb.
